CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Authorities released surveillance photos on Friday of a man believed to be connected with a December shooting outside a Chesterfield restaurant.
The shooting took place in the 1900 block of West Hundred Road on Dec. 12 after an apparent dispute, according to a release from Chesterfield Police.
Police reported to a local hospital at 2:50 a.m. after an adult male showed up with a gunshot wound. The victim reported the shooting happened after a dispute at a restaurant at around 2:30 a.m.
The suspect, police said, also took a gun from the victim.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall with a full beard and brown eyes. Chesterfield Police said the suspect is believed to be about 25 to 27 years old.
At the time of the shooting, the man was wearing glasses, a red-and-white sweater and a black beanie. He was also reportedly driving a white, four-door sedan.
The victim has been released from the hospital after suffering non-life threatening injuries.
